Romanah is an award winning creative entrepreneur, artistic director, choreographer, dancer, author, speaker and creative consultant. She is multi-faceted in so many ways and continues to use her extensive experience in arts, education and business to inspire and lead the upcoming generation.

As a young entrepreneur Romanah has taken the world by storm birthing two community arts organisations ' Eloquent Praise & Empowerment Dance Company and Eloquent Arts Centre alongside her mother which have both become incredibly successful and renowned in the local community for their excellent work. Romanah is incredibly passionate about entrepreneurship and enjoys being the visionary for her companies as she continues to break barriers on what she had ever imagined for the direction of the organisation.

Romanah immediately fell in love with the arts when her mum enrolled her into dance class at age 5. Her love for dance has since taken her across the world competing and performing at many high profile places which has led to her professional career within the arts as a Director, Choreographer and Professional Dancer. 

Romanah is a natural born leader who thoroughly enjoys pouring into people and empowering people; she leads with tenacity and transparency continually adding value to the lives of those she comes into contact with. Having been recognised for her achievements Romanah has been nominated for many awards most recently being named one of Birmingham's Top 30 Under 30 most inspirational young people (2019), coupled with winning Author of the Year (2021) for her very first book publication 'Dear Future Self' (2020) which is a love letter to young girls and ladies encouraging them to walk in their purpose while maintaining their integrity.
